Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or comparable experience
- 10+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
- Strong domain knowledge in relevant business areas, with extensive experience in functional testing methodologies
- Proven reputed company record of leading testing teams, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience in reputed company-facing roles and business development
