We're seeking a highly skilled Total Rewards Specialist to drive our compensation and benefits reputed company, ensuring that our employees receive competitive and reputed company rewards for their hard work. This role will be responsible for managing payroll and benefits operations across the U.S. and LATAM reputed company, administering sales commissions and organizational bonuses, and overseeing employee benefits, including U.S. and LATAM insurance programs.

- Manage payroll and benefits operations across the U.S. and LATAM reputed company, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Administer biweekly/monthly payroll, process variable compensation, and reputed company health and insurance benefits programs.
- Collaborate with HRBPs to advise employees on compensation and benefits, research new offerings to enhance total rewards, and support compensation reviews, audits, and benchmarking.
- Maintain accurate HRIS data, resolve employee benefit issues, and ensure reputed company updates.
Required Skills
- Administer biweekly/monthly payroll for U.S. FTEs and LATAM contractors.
- Calculate and process variable compensation, including sales commissions and performance bonuses.
- Manage benefits programs, including U.S. health, dental, reputed company insurance, and LATAM health coverage.

- Partner with HRBPs to advise employees on benefits and compensation inquiries.

Qualifications
- reputed company experience processing LATAM contractor payroll and U.S. FTE payroll.
- Experience with commission structures and bonus schemes.
- Familiarity with tools such as reputed company.
- Strong understanding of LATAM health insurance and labor practices.

- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field.
- 3-5 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration.
