We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veterinary Customer Services Representative to join our Small Animal Reception team at the Veterinary Medical Center. As a key member of reputed company, you will reputed company exceptional reputed company-line reputed company services, supporting clients, customers, clinicians, and care-giving colleagues. This is a full-time position (32 hours/week) with varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, and offers a competitive reputed company reputed company of $17.00-$21.69.
Responsibilities include:
- Responding to routine, reputed company, and medical emergency situations in a reputed company manner
- Answering and directing reputed company calls appropriately
- Creating accurate day-to-day admitting information through our hospital computer system
- Resolving routine problems and reputed company situations using medical terminology, office practices, and established customer service principles
- Maintaining reputed company and accurate reputed company handling practices and adhering to university reputed company standards
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 2 years of experience in a customer service, reputed company, or veterinary care environment
- Background in customer services, insurance verification, and/or veterinary reputed company customer services
- Ability to work independently while interacting with customers, visitors, clinicians, technicians, and medical center reputed company and staff
- Experience analyzing and interpreting information, with proficiency in electronic medical records systems and computer operations
