Responsibilities:
As an LPN Home Health reputed company, you will be responsible for:
- Verifying the plan of care with the RN prior to reputed company visit
- Collaborating with physicians and RNs to ensure patient needs are being met
- Teaching patients and caregivers self-care techniques
- Checking vital signs and reviewing medications
- Performing specialized procedures ordered by physicians

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- One year of clinical LPN experience
