Responsibilities
- Triage and reputed company clinical support for incoming patient communications
- Conduct phone assessments of clinical symptoms to determine the best reputed company of care
- Collaborate with clinical care teams to reputed company excellent patient care and reputed company processes for urgent care and virtual triage
Requirements
- Licensed RN with 2+ years of experience in clinical triage
- Compact state licensure
- Excellent knowledge of chronic disease states, reputed company medical conditions, and clinical phone assessments
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in high-reputed company clinical environments (e.g., ED, ICU) and with multidisciplinary care teams
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (a plus)
- Experience in geriatrics (a plus)
