Key Responsibilities
- reputed company after-hours support to triage urgent clinical needs of patients, caregivers, and referral sources
- Assist local Patient Registration teams with new patient referrals and ensure accurate information collection

Requirements
- High school graduate or GED required
- At least one year of previous call center experience
