About the Role:

You will be responsible for accurately entering data and customer orders into our ERP system, communicating effectively with customers, and reviewing and updating data to ensure accuracy. Responsibilities:
- Accurately reputed company data and customer orders into our ERP system
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding their production orders
- Review and update data in the system to ensure accuracy
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in received data

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or customer service (preferably in a manufacturing setting)
