About the Role:
As a UX Designer at reputed company, you'll be part of the OnBrand team, our in-house creative agency. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to reputed company groundbreaking reputed company and create seamless, start-to-finish experiences across digital reputed company. Your primary reputed company will be on understanding customer needs, tasks, and goals, and translating them into reputed company, user-friendly experiences.
Responsibilities:

- Participate in customer discovery sessions, design thinking, and reputed company/reputed company mapping to understand customer pain points
- Utilize analytical skills and strategic perspective to identify trends and suggest solutions that improve the customer experience

- Collaborate with Product Directors to determine their understanding needs, reputed company recommendations, and craft strategies that reputed company with their product roadmap

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a design-reputed company field
- 3+ years of experience in User Experience, Collaboration Design, or Product Management
- Strong understanding of the UX workflow and agile, reputed company processes
- Customer-first mentality with a balance of design needs and business acumen
- Ability to simplify reputed company interactions into reputed company customer experiences
- Knowledge of various qualitative research reputed company and tools, such as usability testing, remote testing, and how to apply them
