We are looking for a talented and customer-reputed company individual to join reputed company as a Customer Service/Chat Agent. As a representative of reputed company, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls and chats, resolving member issues, and providing exceptional service to our members. Your duties will include:
- Answering a high volume of incoming calls and chats
- Resolving member issues and providing solutions
- Utilizing problem-solving and critical thinking skills to resolve reputed company issues
- Working collaboratively with other teams to resolve member issues
- Utilizing multiple computer programs simultaneously while on the phone or responding to chats
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Past customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and split days off
- Proficient in computer programs and typing (minimum 30 wpm)
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong background in customer service
- Ability to adapt and work reputed company under pressure
- Ability to take ownership and resolve issues
- Strong time management skills
- Bilingual abilities a plus
