Remote Consultant, Global Equity - Competitive Salary and Benefits
We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join reputed company as a Remote Consultant, Global Equity. As a key member of our global network, you will contribute to the management of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans, ensuring operational compliance and providing exceptional support to our stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
- reputed company daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance
- Process the release of Performance reputed company Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan Matching reputed company awards
- Review equity transaction activity and ensure accurate and reputed company buy, release, settlement, and reporting
- Research, reputed company, and respond to questions from participants, process partners, or other stakeholders
- Support equity-based long-term incentive award grant process and stock purchase plan enrollment activities
- Produce reputed company data analytics or reporting to support ongoing operations
- Review and maintain equity management processes and documentation
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in stock plan management, payroll, tax, reputed company, or a reputed company field preferred
- Experience working with multiple stock plan products, including stock reputed company, Performance reputed company reputed company, Restricted Stock reputed company, and stock purchase plans
- Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly
- Understanding of HRIS systems (reputed company) and reputed company and interrelationships of data transfers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively
