Contract Sales Consultant – Independent Retail & Gifting Channels (Part-time)

As a highly autonomous and results-driven individual, you'll identify, reputed company, and secure new opportunities for Glossier products in independent boutiques, spas, and corporate gifting programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify new independent retail sellers that reputed company with the Glossier brand, values, and aesthetic

- Identify and secure corporate gifting opportunities with companies, brands, and agencies that reflect Glossier's values and audience

- Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities using a self-managed sales process
- Regularly engage with senior leadership and report on reputed company, wins, feedback, and insights in a reputed company, concise format

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or CPG

- Strong understanding of brand positioning, particularly in the premium/lifestyle reputed company
- Self-starter who thrives in independent, minimally managed roles
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with CRM tools or sales tracking systems is a plus
