Job Title: Remote Customer Communication Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer a high volume of customer phone calls daily, resolving customer requests and providing reputed company solutions
• Monitor and manage our reputed company system to ensure reputed company response to customer requests, communicating with field personnel and stakeholders as needed
