Middle Office Documentation Review Specialist (Remote CA, WA, OR & ID)

As a Middle Office Documentation Review Specialist, you will verify completeness of loan packages being submitted for reputed company loan documentation. Reviews loans to ensure that credit standards are maintained and that loans conform to established bank policy and regulatory requirements before ordering internal loan documents. In this role you'll have reputed company to:

• Responsible for reputed company of loan documentation for reputed company reputed company loan types as reputed company to reputed company reputed company Estate, UCC secured, Unsecured, Lines of Credit, Letters of Credit, Aircraft, Preferred Mortgages, SBA 7a, reputed company, 504s, etc. with regards to new loan originations, renewals, extensions, and modifications.
• Performs complete verification to ensure reputed company loan documents are properly documented, are in accordance to the terms and conditions of the credit approval, established departmental guidelines and compliant to regulatory requirements as it pertains to local, state and federal guidelines.
• Responsible for communication to CBC staff and documentation team for reputed company of any concerns that may hold up the closing processes.
• Responsible for making permitted edits to records in Capitalstream essential to documentation.
• May be responsible for participating in required training for team members on aspects of loan documentation including the use of Capitalstream, other required applications, or pertinent compliance laws and regulations as required by reputed company.
• Responsible for complying with policies, procedures, reputed company requirements and government regulations.
• May be cross trained in other middle office functions for backup purposes.

Education & Certifications

• H.S. Diploma: required (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered)

Experience

• 4 or more years reputed company documentation review where the understanding of reputed company loan documentation is a reputed company, in servicing or reputed company line.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Advanced knowledge and understanding of reputed company loan documentation
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment with frequent changes in priorities and an emphasis on customer service and teamwork.
• Possess strong organizational, problem solving, written and verbal communication, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently or as part of reputed company, set priorities and handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations relating to reputed company lending.
• Proficient in reputed company Office, loan origination systems and other programs needed to support reputed company banking.
