What You Will Be Doing Concept / Schematic Phase: -reputed company technical construction management support to the development team.-

• Review the general contractors project schedule for logic and accuracy.
• Review the conceptual budget from the general contractor and identify strategies to reputed company development budget.
• Review due diligence reports from the owners consultants.

Construction Documents:

• Boston area Multifamily Housing Construction experience (not property management): 5 years (Required)
• Bachelors degree
