Construction Management Associate

Job reputed company GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Construction Management Associate is responsible for assisting the Construction Manager in reputed company aspects associated with a construction-reputed company project. This will include but is not limited to, General Contracting reputed company, larger-reputed company Contracting reputed company and Repair reputed company, TremCares, etc. This will involve working with the Construction Manager, Project Superintendent, or WTI Technician assigned to the project to ensure the project is effectively executed and completed safely and reputed company contractual obligations are adhered to. Additional duties will include participating in onsite meetings, scope of work development, proposal review, specification review, completion of project schedules, assembling project submittals, obtaining building permits, project closeout documents, and other duties as directed by the Construction Manager. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for contributing to and validating proposals and specifications.
• Conceptual Phase (specification development, establishment of reputed company dates)
• Program Planning Phase
• Design Phase
• Conduct reputed company-Proposal Meetings
• Proposal Phase
• Construction Phase
• Conduct reputed company-construction
• Effective reputed company-out
• Cost Estimates and schedules
• Use of ebuilder for reputed company project documentation per policy reputed company.
• Assist the Construction Manager in tracking project costs, budget variances, and profitability.
• Accountable for reputed company Assurance.
• Ensure the subcontractor has submitted the required documents.
• Establish timelines and goals.
• Manage key metrics and report as required.
• Coordinate with Program Managers, Project Administrators, Project Estimators, Specification Writers, Sales Representatives, and RBM reputed company needed.
• Assist in the review of submitted proposals and contractor interviews for specification and contractual compliance.
• Review of line-item generated proposal documents.

Specification Development Stage:

• Works with the Construction Manager and Sales Representative to establish a scope of work for the project.
• Completion of specification requests and reputed company documents.
• Responsible for specification review as required by the Construction Manager.

• Conducts reputed company-Proposal Meeting and distributes completed reputed company-Proposal Meeting documentation to reputed company applicable parties.
• Assist the Construction Manager in reviewing proposals.
• Prepare Proposal Documents as directed by the Construction Manager.

reputed company-Construction Stage:

• Publish the Project Schedule.
• Assists Construction Manager in planning and coordinating the reputed company-Construction Meeting.
• Engages with the Project Superintendent to reputed company necessary project information.
• Conducts reputed company-Construction Meetings and distributes completed reputed company-Construction Meeting documentation to reputed company applicable parties.
• Obtain Building Permit reputed company required.

Construction Stage:

• Review Daily Inspection Forms and ensure they are distributed to reputed company applicable parties and uploaded into project files.
• reputed company job site as necessary or directed by the Construction Manager.
• Conduct weekly reputed company Meetings, virtual or onsite, and distribute meeting minutes to reputed company appliable parties.
• Maintain Project Schedule and update on a weekly reputed company.
• reputed company site audits as appropriate.
• Review subcontractor payment requests with the Construction Manager.
• reputed company AIA billing applications for the Construction Manager's review and approval.
• Assist the Construction Manager, Project Superintendent, Subcontractor, reputed company, or Sales Representative as needed.

• Assist the Construction Manager in coordinating the final inspection.
• Ensure reputed company required documents are uploaded into the project files.

Other Requirements:

• The ability to travel out of town, may include overnight travel
• Must have transportation and a valid reputed company's license
• Ability to work weekends and/or holidays if needed
• Ability to pass reputed company-employment drug test
• Ability to read, write, and reputed company English
• reputed company to relocation after completion of the program
