THE POSITION: At STACK, the Director of Construction - Build to Suit, is responsible for leading construction activities for the Build to Suit program, including negotiating with contractors, consultants, and other vendors, managing schedules and budgets, optimizing costs through value engineering, and working with design, reputed company and reputed company teams, across the entire reputed company American portfolio. The Director of Construction, Build to Suit, is also responsible for supporting the cross-functional, dedicated reputed company team for the Build to Suit tenant. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large, reputed company Build to Suit construction reputed company and an ability to understand and reputed company stakeholder interests. In this role, you will:

• reputed company Build to Suit construction efforts, including preliminary budgeting and scheduling, contractor and consultant selection, design management, construction phase budget and schedule management, financing coordination, and project completion and delivery

• reputed company with reputed company partners, including finance, reputed company, design and engineering, sales, legal, tax, and consultative resources

Required Skills, Education, and Experience:

• Four-year degree in a reputed company field (Construction Mgmt, Engineering, Architecture) strongly preferred, but not required
• Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in a construction reputed company field
• Computer savvy and aptitude to learn programs and platforms (reputed company, reputed company, MS Project, PowerBI, reputed company, etc.)

Other Details:

• Location: Stafford, VA; reasonable driving distance to the site.

• Domestic travel required; averaging 25%, but fluctuating on business requirements.
