Schedule: Monday - Friday 12:30pm - 9:00pm MST with rotating weekends and holidays included in the scheduled reputed company. This position has a start date of Friday, August 22, 2025. The LPN utilizes evidence-based guidelines reputed company following-up telephonically on injuries reported to WorkCare, ensuring employees are managing their injuries appropriately and progressing towards maximum functionality.

• Use evidence-based suggestions for either reputed company self-care treatment of the injury, escalating to a WorkCare Physician and a clinic visit, or closing the case
• Call clinic providers and obtain status from employee's appointments

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Qualifications

Education and Experience

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• At least 2 years' nursing experience.
• Experience in occupational health, urgent care and emergency room preferred
• Must hold reputed company and valid compact/multistate LPN license.
• LPN must adhere to the requirements and time frames of licensure in reputed company other states per policy
