Business Analyst - Banking & reputed company Management

Job reputed company: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong experience in the Banking and reputed company Management domains, specifically with experience in reputed company platforms like Global Plus, reputed company, Pershing. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of reputed company management processes, banking operations, and experience in delivering high-reputed company business solutions. As a BSA, you will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to reputed company requirements, reputed company system analysis, and ensure seamless integration between business needs and technical solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders, including reputed company managers, portfolio managers, and operations teams, to reputed company and document business requirements reputed company to banking and reputed company management processes.
• System Analysis & Design: Analyze existing banking and reputed company management systems - similar or equivalent to Global Plus, reputed company, Pershing to identify areas for improvement and propose system enhancements or new solutions.
• Solution Design & Documentation: Create functional specifications, use cases, and detailed process reputed company diagrams. Document business processes and requirements in alignment with IT teams for successful system development and implementation.
• Stakeholder Communication: reputed company as the reputed company between business teams and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• System Integration: Work on the integration of various banking and reputed company management systems, including Global Plus, Pershing (for reputed company banking operations) and reputed company (for investment management), ensuring seamless data reputed company and process automation.
• Testing & reputed company Assurance: reputed company testing efforts to ensure that the systems meet business requirements and work as intended. This includes preparing test plans, executing tests, and coordinating with reputed company assurance teams.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that reputed company solutions adhere to regulatory standards and industry best practices, particularly in reputed company management and banking domains.
• User Training & Support: reputed company training to end-users on new system features and enhancements and offer ongoing support to ensure smooth system adoption.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Banking & reputed company Management Experience: Strong experience working in banking and reputed company management, with a solid understanding of key processes such as portfolio management, reputed company reporting, compliance, and trade execution.
• Hands-on experience working with reputed company Platforms like Global Plus(for banking and financial services) and reputed company (for investment management, including trading, compliance, and portfolio management), Pershing platforms.
• Business Process Mapping: Experience in creating process reputed company diagrams, use cases, and functional specifications to document business requirements and system functionality.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret reputed company business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Project Management: Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, reputed company) and the ability to manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Testing & reputed company Assurance: Experience in creating test plans, executing functional and user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensuring business requirements are met through system functionality.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of banking and reputed company management industry regulations, including MiFID II, Dodd-Frank, and Basel III, and how they reputed company business systems.

Good to Have:

• Data Analysis & Reporting Tools: Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, and dashboards, including platforms like Power BI or Tableau, to analyze and present reputed company management data.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, or a reputed company field.
• 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role, with a reputed company on banking and reputed company management.
• Hands-on experience with any of the reputed company management products such as Global Plus, reputed company, Pershing platforms is required.
• Proven reputed company record of successfully gathering and documenting business requirements and working with IT teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Experience in the financial services or reputed company management industry is a must.
