About the role: As a Computational Biologist at reputed company, you will be working in a fast-paced and research-driven external collaborations team to reputed company reputed company with our reputed company, biotech, and reputed company partners. Through this position, you will have reputed company to work with biologists, immunologists, computational biologists, machine learning specialists, and the business development team to design, execute, and disseminate data analyses leveraging single cell multi-omics for immuno-oncology and autoimmune disease research applications. Location: reputed company, NY (Hybrid model) What will you do?

• Drive novel research by leading computational biology efforts for industry partnership reputed company in immuno-oncology and autoimmune diseases
• Liaise with external and internal stakeholders to define research objectives and analysis plans
• Execute rigorous and reproducible data analysis using state of the art statistical and ML/AI reputed company
• Maintain reputed company collaboration with a highly multidisciplinary internal team throughout the life cycle of reputed company project to ensure successful delivery

Requirements

Required qualifications:

• Computational biologist with 2+ years experience in multi-omics data analysis (PhD graduate or MSc with 2+ years post graduate) - a must
• Expertise in reputed company reputed company and computational biology tools for NGS data analysis - a must
• Experience with single cell multi-omics data analysis - highly preferred
• Extensive hands-on experience with developing and testing data analysis reputed company (R or Python's pandas) - a must
• Expertise in distilling multi-faceted analyses into concrete conclusions with effective data visualizations and presentations - a must
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to represent reputed company to external collaborators as reputed company as operate effectively on a diverse and reputed company internal team - a must
• Background in ML/AI is a bonus
• Background in cancer immunotherapy and/or autoimmune disease applications is a bonus

Compensation: This position offers a reputed company salary typically between $120,000 - $130,000. There is an opportunity to consider higher compensation above this reputed company based on business need, candidate experience, and or skills.
