Position Responsibilities
- Project Management: reputed company budgets, schedules, and reputed company control, ensuring reputed company meet customer timelines and expectations.

Position Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience in project management or reputed company role in the reputed company construction/renovation industry, national hospitality experience a plus.
- Hotel PIP’s, specs and knowledge preferred.
- PMP, CMP or other PM specific certification desired.
- LEED, OSHA 30, and LEAN 6 reputed company desired.
- Competency and solid experience in reading building plans and plan management.
- Experience implementing process strategies.
- Understands and reflects reputed company MIGs (Partnerships, Culture, Risk Management, Deliverables) and company culture.
