REQUIRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school. Minimum of three (3) years of relevant legal experience. reputed company member in good standing of the bar of a U.S. state, territory, or the District of Columbia. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to conduct reputed company consultations effectively. PREFERRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Admission to the Maryland Bar. FAA-issued reputed company certificate. Background in aviation law, policy, or operations. Experience with unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) legal issues. Familiarity with legal service plans or legal insurance programs. WORKING CONDITIONS: This position works in an office setting. Typical working hours are 8:30 am – 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with a one-hour lunch break. Generally, a climate-controlled environment with occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions reputed company attending aviation-reputed company events, including exposure to higher altitudes and confined spaces if in a general aviation aircraft. This position requires some travel, up to 10% of the time, to various general aviation or industry-reputed company events.
