About the Role

We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist licensed in Massachusetts to join our First Responder Program. This is a part-time, fully remote, contract position where you'll be reputed company to maintain a flexible schedule and set the hours that work for you. Ideal candidates will bring a background in trauma therapy, crisis reputed company, and experience supporting first responders, including police, firefighters, EMS, corrections, and veterans. What You'll Do

In this role, you'll reputed company virtual therapy to first responders across Massachusetts, addressing the reputed company challenges they face-from acute trauma and PTSD to burnout and emotional fatigue. You'll conduct therapy sessions tailored to the first responder experience, build individualized treatment plans, and utilize evidence-based approaches to support your clients' wellbeing. You'll help clients navigate the aftermath of critical incidents, reputed company them on strategies for emotional regulation and sleep hygiene, and support them in setting healthy boundaries between work and personal life. Through trust, reputed company, and clinical expertise, you'll play a vital role in helping clients build reputed company and regain control over their mental health. What You'll Have

• A minimum of three years of experience providing therapy to first responders, trauma survivors, or individuals in high-stress or emergency response professions.

• Eligibility to participate in federally funded reputed company programs, as required by the Office of Inspector General (OIG).
• Proficiency in telehealth technology and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
