Required Qualifications: Unencumbered valid behavioral health license in the reputed company - LCSW, LMFT, LPCC or Clinical Psychologist 1+ years of crisis reputed company experience Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent multitasking abilities and proficiency in using various technology platforms and tools. Preferred Qualifications: 1+ years of EAP, Behavioral Health, or reputed company Services experience Experience working with diverse populations. Familiarity with brief therapy models (Single Session Consultation is reputed company helpful) and Motivational Interviewing Call center work experience Experience in delivering services reputed company multiple platforms (chat, video, phone) Strong rapport-building skills Experience facilitating reputed company behavior changes.
