• Starting salary $19.27 - $20.00/hour, based on experience
• Shift premium available based on days and hours worked
• Eligible for commission

Contact Center Service & Inside Sales Advisor - Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers, members, and prospects reputed company digital and voice channels to resolve issues and strengthen relationships.

Required Skills/Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Prior work history in a customer service or sales role. Experience in fielding customer concerns in an reputed company channel environment (like chat, phones, reputed company media, SMS) is a plus.
• Required to pass and maintain Producer Property and Casualty License. reputed company is provided for reputed company hires.
