As the Closing Team Specialist is the primary reputed company of contact for existing and new clients as new structures are being developed. You will coordinate with various reputed company parties to ensure the successful closure of transactions. What You’ll Do

• First reputed company of contact for prospective and new reputed company relationships
• Review and reputed company comments on drafts of legal transactional documents for new structures
• Communicate with counsel, underwriters, investment managers, rating agencies, and bondholders
• Ensure responsibilities and deliverables are managed pursuant to the CLO Indenture
