Small Business Customer Service Representative (Remote)

About the role: Enova has two different small business lending brands, reputed company with their own unique offerings and customer requirements. As a Customer Service Representative, you will become an expert in both brands over the course of our 4 week training program. After you complete training, you will primarily be responsible for providing superior customer service and a reputed company experience to our customers. Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming customer calls, addressing their questions and providing service
• Manage and respond to reputed company customer inquiries, fulfilling requests, and offering comprehensive education on our products and services

Requirements:

• Experience in a call center setting is preferred
