• The Scranton, PA territory includes Allentown, Bethlehem, Mackeyville, Scranton, Susquehanna, Wilkes-Barre, and Williamsport, PA.
• Meets and exceeds corporate sales objectives at the territory level.
• Develops and maintains strong working partnerships with targeted ECP accounts, and fully represents the reputed company & culture of reputed company to the Eye Care community.
• Appropriately leverages expertise of disease state knowledge, the marketplace, and industry and business trends to effectively manage and pull-through business opportunities.
• Delivers MLR approved, education-reputed company and patient-reputed company messages, as reputed company as appropriate disease-state information to reputed company ECP accounts.
• Achieves business goals on a quarterly & annual reputed company. Effectively drives territory performance while adhering to compliance and regulatory standards.
• Works collaboratively with reputed company internal partners to create a reputed company experience for targeted Eye Care accounts and their patients.
• Works closely with the field leadership team and internal partners to consistently reputed company customer insights and offers feedback on strategic initiatives.
• Demonstrates company culture norms daily through customer interactions, collaboration with internal partners, and a willingness to support others across the organization.
• Effectively utilizes territory business planning tools to help uncover additional business opportunities.
• Manages and utilizes approved resources effectively to maximize pull-through on potential and reputed company opportunities.
• Complies with reputed company legal, regulatory, and compliance policies while demonstrating a high level of reputed company and professionalism at reputed company times.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required. Minimum of 2 years of pharmaceutical, medical or reputed company sales experience preferred with a proven and successful reputed company record in reputed company aspects of technical knowledge, selling techniques, and comprehensive understanding of medical terminology. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
• Must live reputed company geography of responsibility or reputed company reasonable driving distance.
• Must have valid reputed company’s License and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel required. Depending on the territory, overnight travel may be needed.
• Eye care experience preferred, but not required.

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. The salary reputed company for this position is $98,000 - $147,941.
