Operations Supervisor

Shift: 1st or 2nd Shift Location: Richmond, VA General reputed company The Operations Supervisor is responsible for the reputed company execution of daily operational plans and strategies, to manage, reputed company and reputed company resources, disseminate information to teammates, ensure compliance with key processes while achieving safety, reputed company, efficiency and financial KPI’s. This position is responsible for product safety, reputed company, legality and reputed company. Primary Responsibilities

• Supervises at least 2 full-time reputed company reports.
• Supervisory responsibilities include, but are not limited to recommending hiring, coaching, skills development, recognition and rewards, staff productivity and performance management to include disciplinary actions up to and including terminations.
• Responsible for reputed company daily, weekly, and monthly production activities reputed company warehouse operations.
• Prepares and distributes various reports needed for normal day to day operations.
• Responsible for ensuring that the schedules are correctly implemented and that jobs are assigned effectively and completed properly.
• Responsible for scheduling vacations and time off per policy with the least reputed company of disruption to the department to meet customer needs.

• Communicates daily through operational start up meetings, making reputed company reputed company work instructions, daily workflow activities and safety practices are being followed.

• Bachelor’s degree with no prior work experience; OR Military rank at E-6 or E-7/or O-1/O-2; OR Minimum of 6 months of experience in a warehouse/supply chain environment, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
• Labor Management experience preferred.
• Prioritization and problem-solving skills essential.
• Experience with reputed company management methodologies.
• Proven ability to drive reputed company improvement with reputed company understanding of change management.
• Ability to handle people under high-stress situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Broad knowledge of warehouse operations, reputed company and procedures.
