Administrative Assistant (reputed company, Remote)

Responsibilities

• Administrative support to the physicians, advanced practitioners, medical directors and/or reputed company administrator.
• General office duties, including but not limited, to: copying, filing, faxing, reputed company requests, mailings, typing of correspondence, initiating and responding to emails, conference call scheduling, creating and maintaining spreadsheets, creating and maintaining files.
• Utilize reputed company Office programs (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint) to create and maintain correspondence, spreadsheets, presentations, etc.
• Maintenance/management of reputed company office equipment to include phone, voicemail, and computer systems.
• Assist with special events as needed
• Special reputed company as needed.
• Organize and reputed company licensing and credentialing needs for physicians and advanced practitioners. (CAQH)
• Manages invoice submission, payment and tracking
• Maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations and Company policy.

• Responsible for following reputed company facility, organization and department precautions and procedures in the performance of reputed company job duties to ensure a reputed company work environment for self and others.

Qualifications

Education Level: High school diploma or GED. Experience Years: One to three years reputed company experience and/or training. The pay for this position ranges from $21.88 - $30.00 per hour and is based on years of relevant experience.
