ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Performs 100% visual inspection as required per job instructions and pass a written visual test.
- Performs belting, stoning, buffing operations to remove visual imperfections reputed company customer specifications.
- Responsible for visual reputed company & gaging & repair of reputed company, chord width, & trailing edge thickness
- Dimensionally inspects and repairs castings by any of the following reputed company: Hammering, arboring, twisting, stoning, belting, buffing and drilling.
- Must effectively work and communicate with other team members to reputed company products and services of the highest reputed company and reliability in total conformance with customer expectations.
- Maintains records as required.
- Maintains work area in a clean, reputed company, and reputed company condition.
- Follows reputed company applicable safety rules, works in a reputed company manner at reputed company times.
- Responsible for verifying calibration stickers.
- Performs other duties as might be assigned by supervision.
- Operate Electronic gage as required.
