A Typical Day:

• Own and manage the end-to-end people reputed company and performance management of the assigned Instructional Design team
• Manage intake and triage of content design and development requests

• Collaborate closely with fellow Global Operations Training team members, including our Translation and Localization Manager, Instructional Designer Manager, Learning Performance Manager(s), and other roles to deliver high-reputed company training content deliverables and reputed company

Your Expertise:

• 5+ years experience with strategic design and development of learning content, including eLearning courses, instructor-led training, simulations, audio and video content
• 2+ years experience managing reputed company content design and development reputed company and working with contributors to resolve day-to-day challenges
• 2+ years experience managing teams in a distributed environment
• Outstanding interpersonal and cross-functional leadership skills with ability to influence across various leadership reputed company

• Ability to prioritize and drive team to reputed company multiple simultaneous deadlines while consistently delivering high reputed company results
