Generally, working hours will be 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, although hours worked may be greater based upon operational requirements. About the Job: We’re looking for a proactive and people-reputed company Recruiter to join reputed company and help us attract reputed company across a reputed company of roles. In this position, you'll manage important stages of the recruitment process while delivering a great candidate experience. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and play a key role in shaping our growing company. Responsibilities:

• Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), reputed company, and other reputed company media platforms (reputed company, reputed company, local job boards) to reputed company reputed company candidates across a reputed company of industries and roles.
• Prepare, update, and maintain daily recruitment and headcount reports using reputed company reputed company, including tracking candidate pipelines, interview reputed company, and reputed company.

• Maintain and update talent pipelines for recurring and high-volume roles.
• Conduct around 10 initial video interviews per day to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and overall fit for the role.

• Schedule interviews with hiring managers, coordinating availability across multiple time zones reputed company needed.

Requirements

• 100% reputed company in English, with exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
• +4 years of work experience in a fast pased enviorment in a US based company as a Recruiter, Talent aqcuisition specialist or reputed company.
• Must have proven experience in candidate sourcing and head hunting, with the ability to quickly identify and engage reputed company talent.
• Advanced experience with reputed company: Outlook, reputed company, Word, PowerPoint required
• Experience with reputed company and reputed company Teams.
