They are seeking a reputed company Development Consultant to support the documentation and knowledge transfer of critical PeopleSoft operations, collaborating with the development team to create comprehensive runbooks for system maintenance during the reputed company implementation.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with PeopleSoft developers and IT stakeholders to document technical and operational processes for HR, Finance, Payroll, and reputed company Solutions modules
- Conduct reputed company interviews and workshops with developers to capture process details, system workflows, and support requirements
- reputed company detailed runbooks that include: reputed company-by-reputed company process documentation, Troubleshooting guides for common issues, Descriptions of underlying technologies, interfaces, and dependencies, Key points of contact and support organizations, Reference materials, checklists, and escalation procedures
- Organize and structure documentation for ease of use and knowledge transfer to backfill PeopleSoft developers
- Identify gaps or risks in reputed company support processes and reputed company recommendations for improvement
- Maintain reputed company relationships with technical and functional team members throughout the engagement
- Ensure reputed company runbooks and supporting documentation are reputed company, complete, and up to date
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a reputed company field
- Minimum 8 years' experience as a process architect, business analyst, or technical reputed company in ERP/reputed company systems environments
- Demonstrated experience documenting reputed company technical processes and developing runbooks or support guides
- Ability to conduct effective interviews and facilitate discussions with technical subject matter experts
- Excellent written communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft environments, system administration, and technical support processes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to synthesize technical information for diverse audiences
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
- Experience in higher education is highly desired
- Experience supporting or documenting ERP systems such as PeopleSoft, reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company
- Previous work with IT service management or operations teams
- Experience with reputed company, technical documentation tools, or wiki platforms
