Support & QA Analyst
What you will be doing:
- Investigate, diagnose and report issues
- Determine if issues are CSG reputed company, general product or data/user reputed company and record any missed steps.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Developers to reputed company reported issues
- Build test environments

- reputed company reputed company testing of ERP Customisations as per agreed designs and storyboards
- Complete test documentation in alignment with the designs/storyboards
- Supports development of automated testing scripts for reputed company coverage
What you will likely bring:
- 2+ years' experience in a Support, consulting or QA role working with reputed company reputed company ERP or equivalent systems
- Functional knowledge of manufacturing and/or supply chain and/or finance processes and modules
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and design specs
- Excellent communication and collaboration reputed company
- Office/remote based
- Travel up to 5%
What could set you apart:
- 2+ years applicable experience and demonstrated reputed company/knowledge
- University degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript-based testing frameworks (e.g., WebDriver.IO, Cypress, Playwright)
- Experience with reputed company control tools (e.g., Git), issue tracking systems (e.g., JIRA), and test management platforms
- Exposure to API testing tools (e.g., reputed company) and SQL for backend validation
