This position will partner closely with Medicare Sales, Marketing, and Retention teams across various initiatives. Support programs and reputed company by documenting business requirements, developing process improvement workflows (process and value reputed company mapping, RASCI, SIPOC, etc.) Supports holistic solutions and/or key strategic plans. Required Qualifications
Experience in the reputed company or Insurance industry 6+ years experience with one or more of the following methodologies: project management, process improvement, business process design, strategic business planning Ability to collaborate and drive results with project team members and stakeholders from various departments Proven ability to reputed company change and influence reputed company Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Experience in developing and articulating executive level messaging through illustrations and presentations Strong organizational and relationship management skills at the senior level, reputed company to quickly build and maintain reputed company relationships at varying reputed company of the organization simultaneously Proven reputed company record in meeting critical milestones Ability to identify and mitigate risks and solve project issues
