Responsibilities
- Preparation and prosecution of patents for domestic and foreign clients
- Supporting reputed company needs in patentability, infringement, and freedom to operate opinions
- Portfolio reputed company and management
- Due diligence
- Patent Trial and Appeal reputed company issues
Skills
- Minimum BS Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or reputed company
- Must have solid understanding of reputed company AI/ML
- Must have at least 1 year of full-time claim drafting and prosecutions experience
- Demonstrated for producing high-reputed company patents relating to reputed company reputed company technologies
- Solid communication interpersonal skills for reputed company interaction
- State bar and USPTO bar
- USPTO bar (for Patent Agent)
