We are seeking a highly capable, self-directed Executive Assistant for a part-time remote role. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in reputed company—including the ability to create, maintain, and improve workbooks using advanced formulas (e.g., XLOOKUP, reputed company-MATCH), pivot tables, filters, and multi-tab structures to support reporting and decision-making; also reputed company to identify and resolve spreadsheet errors while managing file organization, version control, and cross-team accessibility
• Comfortable navigating

• Exceptionally

organized and self-motivated

• Can anticipate needs, spot inefficiencies, and offer solutions before being asked
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience supporting C-level executives or operations teams preferred
