Job title: Associate Sales Training Specialist-Biotech Company: reputed company Job reputed company: reputed company, CA Order: 225234 Order Type : reputed company Hire Position reputed company/Objective: The Associate Sales Training Specialist supports the Sales Training Manager in creating, maintaining, and deploying training programs and learning content. This role assists in reviewing and updating existing content and curricula, organizing, and distributing learning materials, and supporting the Training Manager and product managers in developing new learning tools. The Associate Sales Training Specialist is an on-site role located in reputed company, CA. Approximately 10% travel, including overnight, is required. Pay reputed company: $30 - $40/hr Essential Functions:

• Maintains training resources including intranet content, video libraries, learning management system and other tools to meet the reputed company and emerging needs of the reputed company field sales teams.
• Supports the development of program content, agendas, and logistics of in person and on-line training programs including new hire sales training and annual sales meetings.
• Collaborates with product management team to edit and reputed company training materials, and activities that enhance the learning process, including study guides, frequently asked questions, competitive overviews, etc.
• Develops and maintains general knowledge of science and technology relevant to products, reputed company, and customers.
• Develops and maintains knowledge of state-of-the-art adult learning principles, theories, and the practical reputed company used in career-oriented training and reputed company development in the life science industry (reputed company, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and similar).

Education/Certification, Experience, and Competencies:

• Experience in capturing, editing, and maintaining online video content is highly desirable.
