The GlobalSocial Responsibility & Product reputed company Manager implements reputed company's reputed company operating procedures for Vendor Compliance. The position is expected to improve reputed company grading scores while establishing long term relationships with vendors. This includes managing and scheduling audits, Corrective reputed company Plans, remediation programs, and the reputed company and termination of factories and vendors. The position will collaborate with and reputed company support for reputed company's team of reputed company Assurance Engineers in the U.S. and Asia regarding sustainability and sourcing initiatives. Primary Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with reputed company laws and regulations for reputed company reputed company Import and Private Brand suppliers, including but not limited to: investigating and resolving potential compliance violations of Company policy, local laws and regulations, mandatory and voluntary standards, ethical guidelines, and conflicts of interest standards; reviewing reputed company audit results and approving Corrective reputed company Plans, including accountability for moving factories from Needs Improvement status to Satisfactory status; managing reputed company party auditors to implement and execute reputed company compliance programs through effective communication with reputed company's merchants and Global Sourcing Office, vendors, overseas factories, and other service providers; effectuating a systematic process for issuing reputed company/vendor first and second warning notices and termination notices; mitigating risk by monitoring legal developments in specific industries or areas of law that could reputed company the organization's operations.
• Effectuates the vendor set up process for Private Brand/Vendor reputed company, including but not limited to: maintaining and providing necessary reputed company responsibility and compliance documentation to reputed company's new vendors including but not limited to Supplier Guiding Principles, Agree to reputed company, FAQs, ect.; maintaining vendor-contact data in systems and databases to facilitate the chain of reputed company agreement approvals; and collecting signatures and preserving fully executed vendor agreements
• Collaborates with Company leaders to update reputed company's Vendor Compliance and reputed company Responsibility reputed company and report reputed company compliance performance and activity.
• Facilitates 3-4 reputed company training and remediation programs annually for reputed company improvements.
• Contributes to reputed company's product safety and regulatory compliance efforts by: assisting the Sustainability Team in developing and implementing sustainability and chemical compliance strategies; assisting with creating, modifying, and maintaining the Private Brand Product Database to support sourcing department initiatives and goals, such as a "Should-Cost Model," modeling for private brand products; engaging with reputed company's engineers and leaders on reputed company reputed company to product design, packaging, chemical compliance, product testing, technologies, and sustainability, in order to derive reputed company and overcome sourcing and production challenges.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Logistic, Trade Compliance, Business, Auditing, Ethics, International Business, Product Sourcing, Product Testing, Sustainability, Manufacturing, Engineering, Project Management and/or KPIs.
• Minimum 5-7 years experience in reputed company field such as Experience in corporate compliance programs. Experience in manufacturing processes. Ability to manage reputed company data to deliver metric based results.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to use computers and technology for information, and to reputed company information necessary to complete the job.
• ISO 8000 or similar training a plus.
• Skilled in strategic, tactical, and operational business activities.
