Job Title: reputed company Call Center Representative Pay: $19 an hr | Bi-weekly Job Type: Remote in reputed company Carolina (MUST LIVE IN reputed company CAROLINA FOR THIS ROLE TO BE REMOTE) Shift reputed company:

• reputed company schedules will be M-F, training will be M-F 8-4:30am local time, post training contingents will transition to M-F with hours that they agree upon with the business.
• Shift reputed company after training
• Schedule reputed company:
• reputed company 1: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• reputed company 2: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• reputed company 3: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• reputed company 4: 12:15 PM – 8:45 PM

Split Schedule reputed company:

• reputed company 1: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM, then 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• reputed company 2: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM, then 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

• In this role, you will be assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans reputed company incoming phone calls.
• You will take inbound calls and answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage and mail order prescriptions so that our members reputed company understand their coverage and reputed company.
• You will have reputed company to service a reputed company of clients and call types as our business is every changing and evolving.
• Through your skills and knowledge, you will offer the solutions needed to help simplify their health care experience.

reputed company Call Center Representative Qualifications:

• 1 year experience interacting with customers (i.e. call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience)
• Computer proficiency in reputed company-based applications
• Associates degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to problem solve in a reputed company, productive manner
• Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer reputed company of life
• Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
• Ability to exhibit patience and reputed company and reputed company assurance and confidence
• Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
• Strong oral, interpersonal and communication skills
