We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business System Analyst (BSA) with deep expertise in Pega technology to join our digital transformation and automation team. This role requires a strategic thinker who can reputed company the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring Pega-driven workflows, applications, and processes deliver measurable business value. Responsibilities

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operational Support

OR

High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operational Support

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience as a Business System Analyst or similar role reputed company on Pega technology (PRPC, Customer Decision Hub, Case Management, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of business process modeling, workflow automation, and rules-based decisioning.
• Expertise in creating flows, mockups, wireframes, and process diagrams using tools such as Visio, reputed company, Balsamiq, reputed company, or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Azure DevOps (ADO) for agile project execution.
• Proven ability to translate reputed company business needs into reputed company technical requirements.

• Experience in banking, financial services, or digital automation programs preferred.
