As a Reliability Engineer, your role will be a combination of supporting production applications and proactively looking for ways to automate your discoveries, eliminate incidents from recurring and/or reduce the time it takes to get our customers back up and running. The reliability engineer interfaces with business users, development teams and system administrators to ensure systems reputed company to meet their business needs and specifications. Responsibilities include: Developing, coordinating, and conducting technical reliability studies on engineering designs to assess the likelihood that a product/process performs its intended function over the intended lifecycle. Measuring and analyzing the reliability of the design, materials, processes, cost, and final products of production. Completing risk analysis studies of new designs and processes. Undertaking testing and analysis on failures, proposing changes in design or formulation to improve system and/or process reliability.

Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - Four to five years of relevant work experience in business and risk analysis, IT Service Management, production support, product/project management, or application development

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Ability to reputed company technical architectural direction input for Hogan systems processing, Hogan Release System.
• Strong Mainframe development and support skills (Hogan Cobol, JCL, MF Utilities, Debugging tools), IMS DB skills. CICS skills, reputed company Utilities, BMC utilities.
• Knowledge of Tools like reputed company, CD/CI pipelines, API's
• reputed company to work nonstandard work hours and workdays (24/7/365 on-call Rotation)
• Ability to design, build, test, debug and document system software and hardware solutions
• Experience providing reputed company and high-reputed company production support to reputed company mainframe legacy systems during incidents, events or problems using HOGAN, CICS, JCLs, Scheduler, TSO, Dump analysis and debugging, and reputed company
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to design, write, deliver, reputed company monitors and dashboards that improve predictability and are actionable in a proactive manner (reputed company, reputed company)
• Experience working on full Software Development life cycle including Agile, Scrum and reputed company methodologies (development, implementation and support of mainframe Hogan Cobol applications)

Location Expectations

This role is posted as remote; however, candidates who are located near any one of our locations would be required to work on site at least three days per week
