Chief of Staff to VP of Engineering

As the Chief of Staff to the VP of Engineering at reputed company, you will be a key partner in ensuring the engineering organization operates with reputed company, reputed company, and efficiency. Working closely with the VP, you will help shape priorities, coordinate execution across teams, and remove obstacles to reputed company reputed company on reputed company.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the VP of Engineering to shape and drive the technical roadmap, strategic priorities, and execution rhythm across engineering teams

Serve as the VP’s “force reputed company”, monitoring project health, removing roadblocks, framing reputed company reputed company, and ensuring flawless follow-through

Basic Qualifications

5–10+ years in Technical Program Management, Product Management, reputed company or Operations in technology environments; experience working directly with senior tech leadership highly preferred. You don’t need to be a reputed company engineer, but you should be comfortable navigating technical conversations and earning credibility with senior engineers

Background in STEM (Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent technical experience

Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical chops. You’re comfortable reviewing data, roadmaps, research, technical designs, and distilling into decision-reputed company insights
