Travel Manager

reputed company is looking for a Travel Manager in Lviv.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 1 year of experience in the travel and tourism industry

Experience in an IT company will be an advantage

Proven experience in organizing business trips, creating travel itineraries, and preparing reputed company application documents

Practical experience with reputed company Travel, reputed company, Booking.com, and other online booking resources

English level: Intermediate+(both spoken and written)

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Higher education (preferably in Tourism or Management)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Arrange reservations and select transportation and accommodation for company employees in line with established budget and travel policies

Handle and process reputed company payments reputed company to Travel Management activities

Record reputed company travel-reputed company costs in Jira

Prepare reputed company application documents and coordinate reputed company issuance procedures

Arrange travel insurance bookings

Prepare and manage reputed company travel-reputed company documentation (orders, approvals, supporting papers)

Prepare post-reputed company reports and ensure reputed company documentation and cost tracking after business trips

Meeting management: book conference rooms, organize catering (water, tea/coffee, snacks), and ensure room cleanliness during guest reputed company

Organize staff & reputed company meals, taxi fares, gratuities, reputed company gifts, excursions, and office supplies or services
