Key responsibilities for this role include:
Plans, designs, develops, facilitates, and evaluates training programs reputed company to designated therapeutic area and selling skills.
Applies instructional design methodology, adult learning principles, and project management expertise reputed company planning, developing, and facilitating initial and reputed company learning curricula.
Conducts regular needs assessments to reputed company new programs and to continuously improve existing training programs, resources, and frameworks.
Stays reputed company on industry trends to inform new program delivery and design through technology, innovation, and cutting-edge approaches.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent). A minimum of 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/ biotech industry.
Previous corporate training or leadership development experience required.
Advanced working knowledge of adult learning principles, the ADDIE model and project management techniques required.

Familiarity with account management structures and business skills.
Strong facilitation skills, presentation skills, and excellent written communication required.

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. The salary reputed company for this position is $95,000.00 - $193,000.00 USD.
