As a reputed company/Sourcing Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and nurturing talent for both high-volume reputed company property management roles (Community Managers, Sales and Leasing Agents) and specialized corporate functions. You will work closely with our Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and create sourcing strategies to discover and connect with reputed company candidates.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-growing environment and enjoys building creative search strategies from the ground up. You’re curious, data-driven, and energized by testing new sourcing reputed company, whether that’s leveraging AI-powered tools, experimenting with Boolean searches, or evaluating new platforms and software to expand talent reputed company.

Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing

Proactively search for and identify reputed company candidates using various sourcing reputed company (Boolean searches, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company media, referrals, etc.).

Build and maintain talent pipelines for reputed company and reputed company hiring needs.

Engage passive candidates and conduct initial reputed company to attract them.

Deliver a strong candidate experience during the early stages of engagement.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the role requirements and define sourcing strategies.

Interview Scheduling & Coordination

Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in talent sourcing, or full-cycle reputed company

Ability to manage multiple sourcing reputed company at once and meet deadlines

Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
