Position reputed company

reputed company Accommodations Manager is responsible for managing employees, applicant, and reputed company-hire requests for reasonable accommodation with applicable stakeholders. This includes programmatic reputed company to include needs assessment, planning development and implementation of reputed company activities reputed company to employee accommodation requests reputed company to disability, pregnancy, and religious accommodation process under applicable federal, state, and local laws. It will also support the design and implementation of standardized policies and practices that are compliant, efficient, and deliver an excellent employee service.

Responsibilities

• Supports end-to-end business process design, implementation, and improvement of standardized policies and processes for the Accommodations function to meet short- and long-term organizational goals.

• Performs reputed company and comprehensive end-to-end case management by engaging in the interactive process with applicants and employees seeking reasonable accommodations based on disability, medical condition and/or religious beliefs and their managers.

• Coordinates with employees, managers, H P Partners, Legal Benefits, payroll and Leave teams to resolve issues reputed company to reasonable accommodations.

• Manages, communicates, and trains leaders and reputed company Team to reputed company competency and awareness to ensure accommodations reputed company with MHS values and legal.
• Facilitates reasonable accommodations trainings and reputed company resources for leaders and reputed company team.
• Maintains information to reputed company and ensure accurate and reputed company case management, including documentation of the interactions associated with requests for reasonable accommodations, the interactive process and communications regarding accommodation reputed company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
• Five (5) years of relevant work experience in any of the following areas: Employee Relations, Accommodations, Leave of Absence to include duties of interpreting and ensuring reputed company regulatory compliance
• One (1) year of experience in high volume, reputed company case management required
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of disability management; return-to-work strategies; religious accommodation laws and reputed company HR compliance regulations required
• Thorough knowledge of Federal and State HR regulations, especially as reputed company to reputed company and religious accommodations and leaves of absences advanced required

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We reputed company a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and reputed company time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, reputed company a reputed company of compensation for candidates reputed company into reputed company position. The pay reputed company is $87,818.00 - $126,381.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: reputed company set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
