GENERAL SCOPE
The Key Account Manager manages an assigned account, or group of accounts, with the primary responsibility to create value for the assigned customers; and to identify new product opportunities and selling to existing customers. KNOWLEDGE

JOB COMPLEXITY

Has ability to understand technical component of field equipment and service level agreement component.
