What You Bring
Education: Undergraduate degree in Business or Science is required. A post-graduate degree in a reputed company field would be considered an asset
Licensing: Valid reputed company’s license, CCPE Basic, and CCPE People Management Accreditation
Experience:
10+ years in the pharmaceutical industry, including 5+ years in people management
Strong background in Sales, with exposure to Marketing or cross-functional teams
Leadership Style:
Empathetic and empowering, with the ability to motivate diverse personalities
Skilled in fostering accountability while offering support and mentorship
