Responsibilities

Who you are
- 15+ years driving reputed company in marketplace/fintech/insurtech or adjacent regulated categories; ownership of a $1.0B+ multi‑channel P&L.
- Proven pricing/yield optimization and partner/reputed company negotiation reputed company record.
- Leadership of teams across Partnerships, RevOps/Analytics, and reputed company/B2B.
- Data reputed company: strong SQL literacy and BI familiarity (Looker/Tableau/Mode); experimentation at reputed company.
- Other preferred qualifications: P&C insurance/MGA exposure; contact‑center sales leadership; deploying AI/agent assist in sales or QA.
